Academic Coaching

Academic coaching helps students not only keep up with schoolwork, but also learn how to learn more effectively.

We build skills including:

  • Note-taking systems

This service is ideal for students who are working hard but still feel unsure how to study, prepare/organize their materials, or approach academic demands with confidence.

College Coaching

College coaching is designed for students transitioning from high school to college, current college students, and young adults learning to manage greater independence.

Together, we may work on:

  • Weekly structure and routines

  • Balancing classes, studying, work, social life, and self-care

  • Planning around syllabi, exams, papers, and long-term projects

This is a high-support, empowering option for young adults navigating a new chapter with more independence, responsibility, and decision-making. The goal is to help students feel less overwhelmed and more prepared to manage college life with confidence.

Adult ADHD & Life Skills Coaching

Adult coaching supports clients who want practical systems for managing life, work, routines, responsibilities, and follow-through.

Together, we may work on:

  • Planning and prioritizing

  • Time management

  • Habit-building

  • Managing household or work responsibilities

  • Digital organization

  • Calendar and email systems

  • Reducing overwhelm around tasks

  • Emotional regulation and self-compassion

This service is ideal for adults with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, chronic disorganization, or anyone who feels stuck in cycles of overwhelm, avoidance, or inconsistent follow-through.

The goal is not perfection. It is to build realistic systems that make daily life feel more manageable, sustainable, and supportive.

Parent Collaboration & Support

For school-aged students, family collaboration can be an important part of coaching. Parents often need clarity, communication, and guidance as their child builds new skills.

Parent support may include:

  • Weekly or biweekly parent updates

  • Alignment around goals, routines, and expectations

  • Guidance on how to support executive functioning at home

  • Collaboration with teachers, tutors, therapists, psychiatrists, or school staff when appropriate

  • Support translating coaching strategies into daily routines

This helps create a more consistent support system, so students are not trying to build new habits in isolation.

The goal is to help families feel informed and supported while also encouraging the student’s independence, confidence, and ownership.

Additional Support

Depending on the client’s needs, coaching may also include focused support with:

  • Semester planning

  • Digital organization and workflow setup

  • Email and calendar systems

  • Accountability text check-ins

  • Transition planning for college, summer, or a new school year

  • College searches and applications
